It's all about the coffee. Obviously.

Our trained baristas use a Rocket Doppia espresso machine and Mahlkönig grinder to create coffees of premium quality.

When it comes to the beans, we are proud to work with specialty roastery Triple Co Roast, based in Bristol.

Triple Co Roast was founded by Jo Thompson in early 2015 after he spent two years studying out in California, learning coffee and roasting at home. They aim to source all their coffee via direct trade with famers, or coffee that has been directly traded by suppliers. They believe in an an ethical supply chain that rewards farmers and pays out bigger premiums for their hard work, and consistently pay 3x more for their coffee than the average New York 'C' coffee price.
